Description: This is a basic class that will teach you everything you need to know to begin your journey in working with wire. Techniques covered will be simple loops, wrapped loops, making bead caps and jump rings, doing orbits, caging beads, making connectors and making your own clasps. We will also cover different types of wire, wire temper and why it's important to understand the gauge of wire. This is an informal but intense class in that we will cover a lot of material. The first part of the class will be worked in copper. The second part will be done in Sterling to create a one of a kind bracelet that you can wear home.
